Our Innovation

We are developing ultra-broadband and ultra-large capacity memory with high performance such as small (thin) form factor, high speed, and low power consumption by using our original stacking, transmission, and circuit technologies.
As of December 2022, we have registered a total of 43 patents, 22 in Japan, 13 in the United States, and 8 in China.
